Refund and Cancellation Policy

Cancellation: Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement by contacting us at info@plugup.in.
Refund Eligibility: Refunds are applicable for defective, damaged or incorrect products.
Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days and credited to the customer’s bank account.
Non-Refundable Items: Customized or personalized items are non-refundable.

Shipping Policy

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 working days of confirmation.
Shipping Time:
- Standard Shipping: Delivery within 5–7 working days.
- Expedited Shipping: Delivery within 2–3 working days.
Shipping Charges: Displayed during checkout.
Delivery Area: We deliver across India.
